CLAIM INVENTORY FROM THE USER-SUPPLIED CLAUDE PARAPHRASE
Received for the 18 October 2026 review. This is a claim inventory, not an authenticated quotation from NineIron, DcentraliseMe, Dr Pegger or Richard Heart.

The supplied theory proposes a private L2 issuing an overcollateralized peUSD token, a controlled pARB DAI gateway, conversion into pDAI on L1, price support toward one dollar, and a return to the L2 as paDAI. It describes the loop as strengthening the peg each round.

It attributes peg defense to a PSM/HAT structure, a '2199 vault' allegedly containing about $69M in pUSDC, and additional pMKR/GUSD vaults. It proposes a mapping of RToken to pDAI, collateral to pCOMP/AAVE/pCRV-related pDAI yield, and RSR protection to HEX/PLSX/PLS/wBTC.

It argues that an internal pDAI=pUSDC rate gives forked USDC peg-defense purchasing power despite the absence of external dollar value. The accompanying criticism cites circular collateral, no redemption and approximately $52K external liquidity. The final passage says OUSD/Reserve accepts pDAI as $1 collateral, the rollup is controlled by a cluster, and e121 built the stablecoin layer.

All of those causal, identity, valuation and feasibility statements are hypotheses or prior interpretations to test. The final HTML and detailed audit reports distinguish the measured facts and their limits. The original separate attached text is retained under supplied/claude-attachment.txt.
